[delphizip] New website for TZipBuilder and TZipBuilderSFX

As some have noticed our web pages on websamba have been hacked again.
To avoid this kind of problems with free web space I decided to
get my own domain name hire the hosting with a hosting company in Belgium.
From now on all TZipBuilder and TZipBuilderSFX related files and
components can be found on
http://www.drehoeksw.net
