Goldwave version 4 is I think around US$40 or so, and has no registration limit E.G. you can install it on as many computers as you want. However, they aren't selling it any more. The latest version is 5, which I have not tried. Don't know if it has a registration limit. www.goldwave.com. You can get a demo. Hope this helps.
