is agree this is a pretty good idea, but i'm not sure what the risk is of
there being periods of time with lots of empty debates because nobody has
taken them/they haven't been noticed yet. it might look bad on the site.
also, don't you get points for actually creating the debate on the Debater
of the Month system?
