[ddots-l] speeded up version2

Hi List,
Still have the same problem. this is how I am getting round it so far.
I Firstly, have to open a wav files in any folder and play it in winamp.
Next I open sonar and play the project, any project it plays at the normal
rate. If I don't Play a wav file first, the sonar project plays at twice
the speed, more I think. However, I've found that if I insert an audio
track at the bottom of the template, and record something, when I play it
back, the speed has increased again.
Any thoughts.
