It doesn't sound good, like a processor or mother board problem. Did you try setting the bias to it's default settings? You'll need sighted assistance for this but there should be a "load defaults" button in the main screen of your bias setup. I had two sighted people look at it. We looked at ms config and did loads of other stuff with no success. I ran disk defrag, disk cleanup, reg scrub, no adware, Symantec, and I also tried running the machine with all hardware and internet connection unplugged. It didn't make much difference.
