Hi Brian!!

I would personally turn all of your projects into .cwb files. That way, you
can be sure everything
that should be there, is there, when you put them on your new hard disk.

Regarding setting up Sonar to use Per Project audio, it's a good idea. When
you do this, all of the
audio is kept in the same folder as the .cwp file that is associated with the
project. For example,
if you created a project called "test" then, there would be a folder called
test. Inside that
folder, there would be a .cwp file called test and a folder called "audio."
All of the audio
associated with the project called "test would be stored there. So, if you
work in this way, and
you need to back up a project, you don't need to bundle them at all. Instead,
you simply copy all
of the projects on to whatever you are backing them up on to.

You can tell Sonar to use per project audio in the global options dialog box.
it's a check box in
the audio data tab in that dialog box. You just need to check the box that
says "use per project
audio."
