Hey Gord, Is there a library that comes with the sfz sampler that ships with Sonar? _____ From: ddots-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:ddots-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Gordon Kent Sent: Monday, March 26, 2007 10:36 AM To: ddots-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [ddots-l] Re: samples in the sfz sampler Oh, I didn't realize you were importing raw wav files into sfz. You may want to write up a simple sfz sample definition to access it so that you can control the release time etc. Gord ----- Original Message ----- From: Omar Binno <mailto:omarbinno@xxxxxxxxx> To: ddots-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Sunday, March 25, 2007 9:45 PM Subject: [ddots-l] Re: samples in the sfz sampler Yeah they're wav, but I was able to correct the problem in sound forge. Did you convert them from another format? A couple of the claps and kicks that I loaded continue to play after I've hit the key only one time. The sample continues to repeat even after I let go of the key. Is that the way it's sampled, or is there something I can do in sfz to fix that problem? Thanks. Omar Binno Phone: (248) 444-9699 Email: omarbinno@xxxxxxxxx
