Hi Joey.
Hopefully you know a little about how print music is written, the staff, lines and spaces etc.
Anyway, you have two choices for producing notation for sighted folks:
1. Lime Aloud
http://www.dancingdots.com/prodesc/limealoud.htm
which is a set of Jaws scripts for Lime Notation

2. Sibelius Access:
http://www.musicaccess.co.uk/sibelius-access/

which is a set of Jaws scripts for Sibelius 5.2.5. Scripts for version 6 should be out in a week's time, and work on developing scripts for Sibelius 7 is underway.
