I don't know, but I thought if you set global options to allow more than 1
project open at a time, then you would just open the second project and a new
project window would be started for that project. You then switch between the
projects by the window menu option.

Hi Phil,
If i have a project already open, how do I open another one without the first
one closing?

Omar,
there's a setting in the global options-general page I believe- called
allow more than one open project at a time. As far as moving tracks from one
project to another, copying and pasting would be my bet--try it and let us know.

Subject: [ddots-l] moving tracks from a project to a new one
Hi:
How would I have two sonar projects open simultaneously, and if I want to
copy all my recorded midi tracks from the old project into a new one, would I
just copy and paste?
Thanks.
