Hi guys,8.5.3x
Not a latency issue, but perhaps drivers? Settings?
New DAW from DD and Midi Sport 4 anniversary model using Sonar CT
Have a Roland TD 10 electronic drum set audio and midi'd up to my 16the
Channel
Mackie.
Audio has no delay at all; only the midi.
Successfully sussed out the initial delay (at least 2 seconds behind
actual triggering) by moving the midi plug from port D on the MidiSport to
port B. Three out of 4 ports seemed to be working... This was afteran hour
of changing cables, factory refreshing the TD10 and re-selectingcorrect
drums to see if it was the Roland.. Believed it was definitely theMidi
Sport.the 2
Thought we were good to go and recorded a song.
Unbelievably, on playback at about bar 60 the drum was behind with
second delay again. Since there was no delay for the first half ofthe song
or during the recording process ; I'm assuming it is not the TD 10 orMidi
Sport?not
Have already upgraded to current drivers on the Midi sport and have
changed any settings for midi in Sonar. Wouldn't know what to changePLEASE READ THIS FOOTER AT LEAST ONCE!
anyway.
Any ideas?
