Do you know what motherboard your builder used? Check system info. If
the board has cheap or bad PWM (CPU power), or if the chokes are low
quality, you will have EMI issue no matter what you do. This unit is
Buss powered, not on AC right?
Also, are you on a surge protector? Have you tried other outlets?

I tryed another port, and stil making noise. I'm not sure about the
power supply. Will that be under system info? I can say though that
the power supply make quite a bit of fan noise. That is why I don't
use this machine for recording audio much unless if its kasual.

Also, you should not change that setting to programs from
background services, as that actually hurts audio performance, it
doesn't help it at all! driver comunication is handled through
background swrvices, especially in later versions of windows.

turn on or restart. I'm running windows10 32bit and I did disable
fast boot, and under system settings set the skedual option for
programs instead of background services. But stil the sound don't
go. If I disconnect it and reconnect, it sometimes works, but then
the noise comes back after restarting again or awake from sleep moad.
