Stacey:
Cyclone will only work if you load individual wave files into the pads, which are assigned to specific midi notes. It can be used, but has never been made easily accessible with ct.

Hi Phil and Luis,

I've tried both ways of inserting this soft synth. The presets are there using the "from the effects method but there is only ever one sound even once choosing the different patches. Using the Insert soft synth method which woriks fine for the CT and Pentagon soft synths, the Dream Station offers "no events". Also, with the Cyclone soft synth I get absolutely no audio even after choosing a patch and ensuring the channel, input and output options are all good.

The CT, Pentagon and Roland Groove synth all work very well but the others don't. Is it possible that I need to reinstall Sonar or is there a trick I need to know to make these soft synths work.

Your help is much appreciated.

insert it into the FX bin instead of inserting it via the Insert | softsynth menu.

Anyone know how to get the dream station soft synth to play using Sonar 5?
