Im2 audio converter works.  I assume switch would as well.

Does anyone know how to convert m4a itunes files to MP3? I cannot import 
them into Sonar so I thought converting them might do the trick. If anyone
knows how to import them into Sonar so they play properly, that 
would be good too.
