The software didn't used to be free. Considering we are speaking of converting Giga files to sound fonts, you would probably lose a lot of quality. Giga is the best sounding soft synthe out there. If it weren't so clunky... Even using it as a rewired synthe in Sonar it isn't good, as far as access goes. It is doable, however. I don't know about the accessibility of the GVI plugin.
