Yes you can.  If you add loops that have been defined as groove clips, such 
as the sample loops that come with Sonar, each slice will show up as a 
separate event in the event list so you can select them and apply effects 
destructively if you want.

If you add loops from the loop explorer, can you then work with them in the
track pane? Like moving them around or adding effects to specific clips.HF
