Did you update windows, update sonar? Did all sonar components including
runtime DLL (Visual C+ redistributable) get installed?

Yes I just did a fresh reinstall Windows 7 ultimate and the only other program
I installed was jaws 15 and my M – audio interface driver. I had to also
install some of the Alienware stuff to make the keyboard work but that is very
small items but I don't know I am thinking about trying a reinstall and not
installany of the Alienware stuff seeing that the keyboard and all that will
still work it just won't give any of the special effects
