I'm not sure how to answer that.  I am still 
learning how to use it.  If you should buy the 
3000, several of us have text manuals, and I have 
a layout of the buttons and jacks.  I have been 
told you can't connect to the Internet without 
sighted assistance, but I have never tried to do 
so.  I don't know.  The manual is very clear on 
how to do certain things, but it isn't clear on 
others... not even to a sighted person.  We will 
help you as much as we can.  I do not, for a 
minute, regret buying this keyboard!
