Hey Chris! Try moving your audio as follows: First just select the track with ctrl enter. Next, press shift F9, key in the bar position of the clips start point. Now, tab once, and key in the thru/end time, press enter then press ctrl X. Now press ctrl V, and enter the bar #/position at which you wish to move it to, press enter, and your done. I can't ever remember this process failing...
