Hello Jeanette:
I'm curious. Are you able to get around on the haylion2 software and the
dream station?

Subject: [ddots-l] What Hardware Sound Module is accessible?
Hi everyone,
I have a question. I am working exclusively with soft synths on my Carillon
Studio. It is quite high spec (see bottom of email), but because softsynths
and plugins do put a strain on the system's CPU, I am thinking of buying a
single hardware sound module to compliment the set up. Are there hardware
sound modules that are firstly accessible and secondly accessible within
some menu within Sonar? I would appreciate your advice!
Thanks, Jeanette
MY SETUP:
Carrillon P4 1GB memory PC with 2 drives (80Gig each)
Midikeyboard
Kenton Control Freak
Focusrite preamp
SE Z5600 tube mic
Softsynths are Dreamstation, Halion 2 soft sampler, Edirol Hypercanvas and
Orchestral. Korg Legacy Collection, and about 10 others
