After you get your preferences the way you want them, are you saving them?
Sounds like that's what you need to do. If that doesn't do the trick, then I'm
not sure what might be going on. I haven't had any problem with mine, but one
never knows with this stuff.

I re do them tehe way I want them but next time we're back to default.
