Well, a step-by-step would be pretty involved. I will tell you that I did not use the tranzport to set the from and thru times on the demo. The only extra key bindings I did were the pause like you have, and I have the stop key plus rec key set up to turn input echo on the current track. As a matter of fact, I don't think there is a way to bind the set from and set thru commands since they are just assigned to single keystrokes.

Hello,I've managed to set up a key binding in sonar (on the tranzports shifted prev key) to stop playback with the now marker set(as happens when pressing ControlSpace). Can you tell me how I would go about setting up key bindings for selecting a track region(between from & thru points, and another binding to delete said region from the tranzport?None of the available options in the function list(either in sonar's key bindings dialog or the tranzport's interface ) seem plausable for such tasks, but I know it can be done somehow. One option "select loop region" sounded like it would do the job, but, I bound that function without any good result--after setting loop in & out, turning the loop on, and pressing the bound key on the tranzport, nothing was selected.I think we need a little DancingDots tutorial on programming the Tranzport(or any control surface)** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq]** or send a message, to ** ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
