Hello Omar
Thanks for your very prompt reply and useful info. I was convinced myself the
information wasn't correct, so nice to have that confirmed.
Thanks again, and also to Gordon Kent and all who keep the list alive and help
make Sonar and other apps accessible.
Best,
Dennis.

For your first question; that is wrong. You can run it from win xp. For your
second question, you might try contacting phil muir at www.philmuir.com

Subject: [ddots-l] Sonar in the UK? Win64 necessary?

Hello
Apologies if my questions are a little naive.
I have been told by a colleague that in order to run Sonar 6 I need win64
rather than the standard Win XP (32-bit) I have at present. Is this wrong?
Also, anyone who can point me to a competitive priced site for obtaining Sonar
in the UK (off-list preferred) please. I think I would like Producer because of
the added extras.
Thanks in advance.
And George Bell, if you're reading this, I told you I'd be bitten by the bug
again :)
