Export your individual tracks as .wav. I don't know if there's a way to export a Sonar project as a Protools project. Concerning your Mac PC thing, get a product called MacDrive 6 rom Media4. Thanks for the answers on how to import a ProTools project into Sonar. Now how do I go the other way? Let's say I've imported an .omf file into Sonar, worked with it, and now I want to give it back to my friends as a ProTools project. My understanding is that while .omf is good for the PC side, it's pretty horrible on the Mac side. So what file extension do I export to from Sonar to get back into ProTools? On another note, does anyone know of some accessible software that will read/write to a Mac-formatted fire wire hard drive on a PC? I know I can format the drive with a Fat32 partition to allow both mac and Windows to see it, but this isn't my personal drive! I'm stuck dealing with it as a Mac formatted piece.
