[ddots-l] Mystery Keyboard Commands

Hello Gordon And All:
What is the keyboard command for turning on/off Input monitoring on a
particular track other then pressing ENTER over the button. and is there a
command for turning all input monitoring off on all tracks?? I'm sure this
is something really obvious, but after hearing Gordon do this in the demo, I
tried to find it and couldn't figure it out.
