[ddots-l] Meter problems and more.

Hello all, I've been attempting to get in to the meter context and can't
do so because the option to do so isn't there, whenever I press left
control plus A. The odd thing is that once and only once the option was
there and then no longer so. The other thing is that I'm all of a
sudden failing the graphics test with 9 graphics not being seen.
Whenever I initially tried the test some month and a half ago, the test
passed. Any suggestions would be appreciated greatly. Thanks!
