What keyboard are you using now? Does it have waited or semi waited keys? Is it a full size keyboard? May the Peace of God which passes all understanding guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. I know two Blinds who are using a PA1xpro and a PA500 but all they can do is play and select styles and tones but no editing because of the touch screen. Apparently with screen in Easy mode it gives the screen a format to it and you can setup templates (overlays) to help make selections on the style and tone screens. Not sure what else they can do. I had a G-70 (Roland) which had a similar setup but the screen was layed out very logical. Again, still couldn't do what I needed to do on it since once you got to the other screens you couldn't do much at all and could get lost easily. Miss it though because I loved what styles and tones were in that unit.
