Try with the interpolate feature, use shift F3.
Is possible to select from and through by note, bar, beat, tik, durations, and
much much more.

Greetings List,
Is there a way I can select a group of MIDI events within the event view and
edit them at the same time? Example, I have a few bars that I'd like to lower
the duration slightly on. Can I select those notes and edit the entire group
with one value change? Having to navigate through them one by one and change
values is a little obnoxious.
