Not sure of the question, but specify the loop mode for the current region
you are working on.

<region> sample=violin-a.wav lokey=a1 hikey=g#2 loop_mode=1

You can use this an volume envelopes or cut off to create a natural fade out
with a looped sample,
But you'll also need to use offsets and perhaps other codes to controll
playback.
Have you examined the dev page on cakewalk which lists all these codes and
examples etc?
This is much of what sfz programmers have to go on, another choice would be
to just open up files and look at how they were coded.

Subject: [ddots-l] Re: How to loop samples with SFZ

HI All,

Just to answer my own question, in case it's useful for anyone, after a lot
of digging I found the following, but does anyone have a complete list of
SFZ op codes, as the help file is very sketchy?

loop_mode
Example:
loop_mode=0
The loop mode for a group or region. Allowed values are:

0 = no loop
1 = continuous
2 = sustain
3 = forward/back
4 = all

Best,

Peter
