[ddots-l] Help with Caketalking for Sonar 8

Hi I'm trying to get into Sonar 8 using Caketalking for Sonar, but when I focus 
a track and insert a synth then hit f4 key it tells me there are no tracks in 
my project, even though there are 3.  How do I get around this, what am I doing 
wrong?  Thanks for any help you can give me.  From Lori
