You guys make this sound too easy to be true. I've read about this int he CT 7
tutorial but thought it was over my head. Are you saying that I can select
already recorded audio tracks, enable Audio Snap, check the Follow Tempo box,
and the audio tracks should now

follow a new tempo along with the MIDI synths? I understand that a certain
"pulse" must be created on the audio track for Sonar to recognize, but if so,
is that basically all there is too it? If so, then cool! I will try this
tonight, provided it works as smooth in sonar 7. thanks.

Hi Luis

How do you get to the radias mix algorithm in the clips properties dialog?

select audio tracks, then turn on audiosnap. and in the audiosnap dialog select
check the follow project tempo. then you can make any tempo changes and the
audio will follow , even if the tempo changes constantly.after that you need
to bounce the audio tracks to clips so the audiosnap processing is printed and
audiosnap will be turned off automatically

in the clip properties window there is an offline and online algorithms. the
default is used for realtime processing and the radias mix is used for better
quality rendering.

enable audiosnap for all audio tracks and in the audiosnap dialog select follow
project tempo.

then change the tempo for the project and finally select all audio tracks and
go to edit/bounce to clips to print the audio with the new tempo.

Hi all

What’s the best way to change slightly the tempo of an audio track in a project
in Sonar 8?
