I remind you about making Strong Passwords for your accounts.  Try to replace 
the letter o with the number 0 or to replace the letter l with the number 1.  
This way you can use easy words like football but you would spell it f00tba11
It is also a good idea to have different passwords for each account just like 
you have different keys for each door.
You could use the same password and add fb for facebook, add em for email and 
add tw for twitter.
You will need to find the Settings page to change your password.
