V Line Communication Access Project

Do you have difficulty communicating?

Do you travel on V Link trains between Melbourne and Geelong?

Do people find it difficult to communicate with you?

Do you find it hard to read or understand signs and information?

We want to hear from you.

La Trobe University are working on a project with V Line Trains. We aim to find
out about the
problems people with communication difficulties have when they travel on V Line
Services.

The information we collect will help V Line to improve their services.

We want to interview you by yourself or in a small group with other people. The
small group
interviews will be in Melbourne on April 23rd or Geelong on May 1.

Individual interviews will be held later in May. We will give you a gift card
for talking to us.

Please contact Hilary Johnson on 98432000 or email Christine Bigby on
C.bigby@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx for
further information.
