At Queensland State Convention last weekend we held a very successful exercise
session with two personal trainers. I am wanting to know if there is anyone in
Brisbane who would be interested in attending an exercise session on a weekly
or fortnightly basis.
We would need four or more participants. Cost would be $25.00 per session.
There is a bus stop just around the corner from the gym which is situated in
Doggett Street Newstead.
The two trainers were really great and I am aware that many people who are
blind or vision impaired face difficulties in finding suitable exercise.
