Nb: Aside...
Someone asked me privately why didn't I use PrintPDF from the RISC OS side?
Because either PrintPDF or the RISC OS GhostScript can't handle my large
pages size, I have no way of knowing which, so I just pop over to the Win
side and get on with it.
