I'm not looking for specific low latency. I can accept even a few seconds
of latency ! My issue is that I observed that if I run darkice/icecast,
than wiat for 2 minutes before connecting on the radio, I have these 2
minutes !
But I wonder if I connected to the good URL. Maybe it was on this dump file
directly, instead of the icecast real stream.

(i suppose u have to recompile)?
opus is a low latency codec so maybe have less issues and delay in (quite)
real time transmission.
(is an evolution, an open source evolution, of the celp telephony codec)

Is not mandatory for the stream job.
