  a few ways to do that - there is a way to use an edirol vision mixer and make 
it dependant on volume input....or the best and most flexible way would be to 
build a jitter patch that has the parameters set how you want them to be....

Dear Dance-Techies,

I'm working on a show that incorporates digital media, and I was wondering
if there was some way to link a fractal generator (or psychadellic lighting
effect) to a live microphone? Or link a live mic to some other sort of
free (or super cheap) visualization program? (Like Windows Media Player
with a live input...)
