Hello all,
Just a friendly reminder that the CVARC fox hunt is happening this Saturday,
starting at 9am! A quick review of the rules:
- The 'fox' will transmit on 146.565 MHz FM
- It will be hidden within the boundaries of Washington County, VT
- Will be in a location accessible by the public
- It will be on the air at 9am Saturday (1300z 9/19)
- You'll have until 6pm to find it (please call on W1BD 625 if you'd like more
time)
- There will be a finder's sheet attached for you to write your name or call
sign and the local time you found it
- Wear a mask if you cannot keep your distance from others
Have fun! You only need an HT with a "rubber duck" antenna to participate!
