[ctw] blocking spam with regex for URL?

Hi All: I'm getting deluged with spam with an embedded URL like:

pill*.ru

where the * could be any number of random characters.
I've been forwarding them to ASSP's "report-spam" address, but they continue to come in.
What is the best way to block this when there's specific text in the message that can be found with a regex?
