You will need to install Xcode Developer Tools on your computer.
Xcode Tools 2.4.1
For Mac OS X version 10.4.x (Tiger)
(Freely available from Apple, but requires free registration.)
Get it here:
http://developer.apple.com/tools/download/
After installing Xcode, restart your computer.
Next, we need to update your CPAN and some other Perl module dependencies.
For simplicity, this will be done from a privileged shell.
Open Terminal
$ sudo -s
# cpan
cpan> install Bundle::CPAN

cpan> reload cpan

Tried to move along but even reinstall cpan but get this:
Has already been processed within this session
Running make test
Can't test without successful make
Running make install
make had returned bad status, install seems impossible
All the modules fail basically with the above message.
Running 10.4.11 client on G4. This box has EIMS and CA on it.
