[ctw] ASSP whitelisting question

I started to monitor what's getting dumped in the ASSP "spam" folder, and realized I can double-click each .eml to open in Mail (on the server), and then forward to ASSP to flag as "not spam".
Am I better off using the "report-notspam" or "add-to-whitelist" auto-processing?
