Well, EIMS 3.2 and before LDAP doesn't workFurther if you have a mailer that generates VERPs or use a domain that processes newsletter bounces you really don't know the user name so you use the flat file to allow like
@bounceprocessingdomain.comAlso, I have a couple of "spamtrap" domains that do not have "users" per se and flat file is on only way to go.
