John, the Team Unify site looks great and is easy to navigate! Kudos for
getting that off the ground and working.

Just a few items to insure that when it goes live to the rest of the team:

1. Any way to re-order the items on the Current tab? Right now the first
item is June 17 and the last June 4. To me it makes sense to have the June
4th item first in the listing and the June 17th item last.

2. Is there any way to turn off "Job Signup" on away meets?

3. Our Meet on June 17 has both Village Green and SCCA now.

4. For the Calendar - The Purple and Gold Intersquad Relay meet is
scheduled for July 8th and our Away meet at Westfield is on July 11th. I
think those are backward.

5. Additionally for the calendar - the published one on the Team Unify
site shows June 1 Start of Season and Purchase Insurance. The purchase
insurance should be removed on the Team Unify Site. I would also remove the
stroke clinic in May for going live.

6. We have a CAPS meeting shown on the calendar after the away meet on
the 27th. Does that make sense anymore?

7. City Meet will be at Village Green for sure.

8. State Meet will be down in Golden. I can figure out details if we
want to publish that now.

9. I am assuming that before we go live we have the updated Parent Info
Packet there and the old one removed.

Speaking of going live - Lisa - how is the first draft of the parent info
packet coming along? Anything you would like us to review? Also, did you
leave the taxes off your personal filing?

Karen, and the rest, how did it appear for the calculated number of
volunteer hours needed? If that works, then we should probably show that
somewhere on the website so everyone knows how many hours they need to
commit to.

Also Karen, have you sent in a ribbon order to Amy? What about reviewing
your notes for a photographer. Currently we have photos for that first
intersquad meet - but if we don't have a photographer lined up - should not
have that on the calendar.

I purchased two small black notebooks that we can make the Official's books
for writing DQ's and notes. I plan to type up a cheat sheet to have on the
inside cover for major infractions. I will run that by our coaches to be
sure they agree with it.

John, I may go ahead and give a first run at the Rec Board Contract and send
it to you today. Seems you have more than enough on your plate for getting
the Team Unify site going.

Still working on the Team Handbook. If you had an opportunity to look over
your section and it needed some edits, please feel free to send those to me.
I would like to have it in hand for the parent information meeting.

Also, visited with Lara from Westfield. She is willing to work on a City
Meet Handbook too. I will contact Village Green to see if they can take
notes as they go along this year if they don't have something like that
already. Renee, did we have notes from Carol and Trish that we can use??

T-Shirts - I like keeping the Purple CAPS T-Shirts the same from year to
year in part because most CAPS members will be wearing them more than one
year. It occurred to me that we will sell more T-shirts for the swimmers
and parents if we change the design each year. We could hold some kind of
contest for the oldest t-shirt design.Miramont used to do that for the Human
Race. Older shirts can be sold at a discount - though not to go lower than
initial purchase price. I think we have records of the number of shirts
ordered by size and type and how many were sold?? Could be a template for
this year's order.

Ok - that is everything off my mind this morning..Now to work!

Thanks everyone for your hard work!!

-Heidi
