I remember different scenarios, they handed them out at "Washington's" once, I
don't care when they hand them out. Our window to ask for donations is limited
and may be a little difficult if we try to collect before they are handed out
and tricky at State. Just a thought.Carol

One other thought came to mind on the t-shirts. I think that they used to be
