[cst_2014_board] Paying our Coaches

Are we in a place where we can write our first check to our coaches of
$4,000? It's not due until June 16 but our coaches have already put in
quite a few hours for us already.
Lisa, who would write the check? Me?
I believe that we need to make the check out to FAST - but an uncertain how
to get it to them safely. I will check in with the team to find that out.
