i'll one up you Dougie, a challenge of different sorts:

0) find a patient babysitter, for you'll need care of your meat bag
while the mind ventures across another plane (or two, or three? :)

1) procure the necessities:
A.: Sertraline HCL in pill form, 300-500mg total.
  B.: 3,000 to 5,000 micrograms of LSD-25.
C.: various liquid nutrients high in vitamin C, carbohydrates, and protein.

2) you and babysitter mark zero hour; T-minus naught.

3) ingest all of the Sertraline. note that a dosage (over-dosage) of
this level will approach "serotonin toxicity" and you'll want to
monitor for dangerous blood pressure spikes. if you have heart or
hypertension or weak arterial linings, this can be fatal.

4) at T+8hours from #3 take all the aCiD! nom nom nom :P~
[ the Sertraline from before acts as an "acid amplifier" when taken
at acute dosage, however, interestingly enough, long term ingestion as
would be prescribed actually dampens LSD response. ]

5) at t+12hours you are now at maximum concurrent thought. how many do
you have? words won't be able to describe it, but the conscious memory
will forever be imprinted with the torrent of cognitive sensory
overload you have subjected yourself to. these will be the most
horrifying and the most wonderful hours you've ever experienced.

6) at t+76hours you will be approaching baseline normal, if you can
ever come back to it. if you have any tendency to mental illness or
predisposition toward autism spectrum disorders, this will have flung
you into it irrevocably.

#include <std_disclaimer>  -  i'm not kidding when i call this
cognitive roulette :)

A. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sertraline - this, and not other
SSRI's is necessary, for it's fast acting serotonin agonist effect.

B. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lysergic_acid_diethylamide - this
dose is equivalent to "eating a ten-strip of 60's double dipped"

C. Protein drinks, blended fruits and citrus beverages, etc.
