Peter Koop writes: In a recent letter to the German government, the NSA said there are three different programs called PRISM: one is the data collection program unveiled by Snowden, the second is the planning tool I wrote about earlier. The third PRISM was revealed for the very first time now and is called "Portal for Real-time Information Sharing and Management".
