It would've been godlike if they could dodge everything...but some affix
just fuck up dex characters...also it's not as strong as the rest...if you
dodge something, you're fine...but when you don't...you die...while str and
int they can take a beating. But the new change is good to monks. they
needed that. not sure about DH...guess they'll be tankier but just doesn't
seem to fit right as an archer role. oh well.
