I didn't mind Alien 3 that much. Yes, it's not as good as Alien or Aliens. But it would be interesting to see Hicks and Newt instead of Ripley (or Ripley being in a coma). The Queen Facehugger would be interesting to see. But the whole alien universe isn't explored much in all the films. All we know in each film is they are there, and they are ready to fuck things up. Aliens is the only one that really showed us some information about them. Alien 3 showed us that it can impregnate other living things...other than that...they're still a mystery. While in the comics and games, they have more time and space to explore them more. I hope they really reboot the series from Alien Resurrection onwards...while sticking to the whole futuristic army they did in Aliens. Or even a bridge story about how the Coloney fell apart would be cool too. Love the series...sadly AVP killed it...AVP 1 wasn't too bad (it's fun to watch but not to take super seriously like the original series)...AVP2 was abysmal...fuck the brother straus. they promised us futuristic army at first, then they thought "what's more scary than aliens in space? aliens in your backyard..." and the replace everything with CGI. At least AVP 1 they build the 50 feet Queen :D On Tue, Jun 24, 2014 at 4:46 PM, Ilitirit Sama <ilitirit@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Watched 22 Jump Street last night.
