In layman’s terms, why does it take longer to make frame advantage moves?
I’d assume that you have move set and then you specify the recovery. All you 
need is the opponent’s recovery to be 1 frame more than the aggressor and 
you’re done. I’m guessing from what you said, that ain’t right though.

Capcom needs to finish the game.

It actually makes sense now what Chojin told me yesterday.  Dimps started on 
the game but halfway through development moved in-house because of investor 
pressure or some shit.  So they game ended up being rushed and a lot of the 
stuff that was originally planned (like stage transitions) never made it in.

It also explains why nothing in this game has frame advantage.  It obviously 
takes much longer to make a move that is +3f compared to something that is -14f.

I love how in 2016 you have to perform several ancient magical incantations 
every time you switch controllers.  This game will be a failure at EVO if they 
don't fix this.
