In that case I'd recommend Baia.  Oh I forgot the most obvious place,
Pigalle.  It's like 2 blocks from me but I haven't been there yet.  People
rave about it though.  I think it's the highest rated seafood restaurant on
Trip Advisor for the Cape Town region.
